Pet Sitter Guide provides personalised digital guides that help pet owners organise and share important information about their pets, routines and household with the person caring for them.
Pet Sitter Guide does not provide, arrange, recommend or employ pet sitters, house sitters or other carers.
The customer remains responsible for choosing the person who will care for their pets.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment for a Personalised Pet Sitter Guide.
Each order is linked to a WooCommerce order number, which may be used internally to match your payment with the information you submit for your guide.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, misuse of the website or another reasonable operational or legal reason.
Payment is required before you can proceed to the guide information form.
Prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed through the payment method or payment provider made available during checkout.
After successful payment, you will be asked to complete the Pet Sitter Guide information form.
The guide is created using the information and photographs that you submit.

Pet Sitter Guide allows customers to organise information such as medication, allergies, feeding instructions, veterinary details and emergency contacts.
We do not verify the accuracy of veterinary, medical, medication or care information supplied by customers.
The guide does not replace veterinary advice, professional animal care advice or emergency veterinary assistance.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any health or care instructions they provide are accurate and appropriate for their pets.
Once your guide information has been submitted, we will use that information to prepare your personalised digital Pet Sitter Guide.
The layout, presentation and formatting of the completed guide may be adjusted where reasonably necessary to accommodate the amount and type of information provided.
Where information is too long, unclear or unsuitable for the available layout, we may contact you for clarification or make reasonable formatting adjustments without changing the intended meaning.
Your completed Pet Sitter Guide will be delivered digitally using the email address supplied with your order or guide information.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the email address you provide is correct and accessible.
Once delivered, you may save, print and share your guide for your own personal household and pet-care purposes.

Refunds are generally not available once you have submitted your guide information and personalised work has begun.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
